Automatically grinds up to 96 biological samples in less than 3 minutes

Based on the mortar and pestel technique, it offers the following advantages:

No cross contamination
Dispensing of precise volumes of buffer, if required
Homogenization of buffer and
grinded product
Samples kept at very low temperature (-22°C) during grinding, if necessary

Even hard material, like dry seeds or frozen biopsies can't resist!

On the top of grinding and sample homogenization the Grind-Ic offers additional benefits :

The Grind-Ic can be rapidly adapted to different kind of samples. A set of pestles is changed in less than one minute.
The 4 parts of the tube rack can be directly placed in the swinging buckets of a centrifuge. No need to move the tubes one by one
Washing and decontamination of the pestles and of the lid are automatically and effectively carried out in the machine
Programming and operating the Grind-Ic are really user-friendly and safe for the operator

Furthermore, this high throughput grinder is perfectly suited to feed laboratory robotic work stations.

Any kind of samples in the range 20-200 mg, plant elements, biopsies are finely grinded.
